Eating breakfast doesn’t mean getting tardies

Uni administration is taking a closer look at absences and tardies because of the rise of unexcused absences and tardiness this year. So getting people out of the house fast with breakfast is more important now than ever.
As a fast paced Uni student I often don’t eat breakfast when leaving the house, and I know this will keep happening, especially once the penalty for tardies is implemented. When my alarm goes off in the morning there is a choice between getting 20 more minutes of sleep or eating breakfast, and guess which decision I make. The unhealthy one. The one that causes me to look like a zombie for the rest of the day.
In my video I show you how to make a very simple and fast smoothie recipe. The recipe allows there to be a variety of different ingredients in order for you to make the smoothie exactly how you want it. You can change the fruits, consistency, and add protein/nutrients.
I hope you enjoy this video and start your day with a smoothie.
The recipe I was inspired by in the video:
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen watermelon
Like I said I was able to easily switch out the fruits in order to make a strawberry banana smoothie.
