Uni Adulting: Do Uni students know how to make omelettes?

Uni students are known for being very academically focused individuals. However, while focusing on studies is important, an over-obsession with academics sometimes prevents Uni students from developing in other areas of their life. In particular, we have observed that many students are incapable of completing practical tasks that are necessary when they leave for college – the academic goal for most Uni students.
On this episode of Uni Adulting, we focused on meals: can Uni students cook breakfast for themselves?
We thought an omelette would be a reasonable (and pretty nutritious) breakfast food to test someone’s basic cooking skills. First, we demonstrated how to make a “perfect” omelette in a brief tutorial. Then, to see if Uni students were actually capable of cooking for themselves, we asked Uni sophomore Nicole Southey to make one herself….
