Q: Where did you work before you came to Uni?
She was a part of the Fulbright program in Austria, where she helped high school seniors prepare for their final English exams.
Q: What are you most excited about at our school?
She’s excited about the freedom in teaching offered at Uni: teaching outside, engaging in lab missions, going on field trips, collaborating with German Club at the university, and being back on campus as a UIUC alum.
Q: Would you be interested in teaching an Agora class, and if so, what would it be about?
She plans on watching how it goes first to see the flow of things, but is interested in teaching a class about painting/art.
Q: What is something students might not know about you?
She plays the guitar and loves painting and art.
Q: What’s your guilty pleasure movie or show?
Rick and Morty.
Q: You lived in Austria for a while. What was your favorite food while you were there?
The bread! It’s cheap and accessible and always fresh.
Q: Favorite language other than German?
Not sure, but she doesn’t like French because it’s difficult.
