If you ever need any help on math, go to Math Help where there will be teachers to work with you one-on-one. Math Help is normally held on Wednesdays during Uni Period and Thursdays after school in room 206.

Many students that have gone have expressed that it was a positive experience. Sophomore Nicole Southey said, “I have gone for the past few years and I usually talk to the teacher who is my current math teacher.”

“I realized meeting with the teacher one-on-one is better,” said Sophomore Samaia Jones.

Whether or not you work with your current teacher, you will find the experience beneficial. Some students have found that learning a concept from a different teacher has actually helped clarify and reinforce their understanding of the concept.

If you are unable to attend Math Help due to other clubs, etc., feel free to make an appointment with your math teacher or stop by the math department’s office, 113, when they aren’t teaching. Your math teachers are always willing to help!
